Bought a 1950s mid century ranch remodel duplex and I love it! The floor plan is amazing for a small house – spacious living, dining and kitchen area. Great yard and the bed/bath spaces are efficient and just enough space for everything you need. The design aesthetic is very sleek and modern. Love the finishes they chose and the color scheme – lots of modern black accents with light oak floors and walnut cabinetry. They kept the exterior true to the mid century style but with updated paint, windows and doors that make it feel modern. The team was relatively easy to work with during the renovation and all the electrical, plumbing, roof, etc, are brand new. Very happy with my choice and would recommend! Their aesthetic/style is unmatched for this price point.
